Terms and Conditions
1. The mutual contractual relationship between the accommodation provider (hereinafter referred to as “guesthouse”) and the guest is governed by the valid legal system of the Czech Republic and these terms and conditions.
2. The guesthouse and its guests (and potential guests) fully recognize electronic communication via email as valid and binding for both parties.
3. The information and prices stated in the reservation confirmation or upon check-in are binding for the guest.
4. The stay is reserved after payment of the deposit. 4.1. For package stays and group bookings, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival. 4.2. For individual stays, a deposit of 50% is required, which is refundable if the stay is cancelled at least 30 days before arrival. Cancellation must be made in writing; an email with read receipt is sufficient. The remaining 50% balance is due in cash upon arrival at the latest.
5. The guesthouse is entitled to cancel the stay if the fulfillment of the stay is complicated or threatened, or if it suffers due to unforeseeable, extraordinary circumstances that could not have been anticipated when confirming the reservation. The guesthouse must notify the guest of the cancellation without undue delay. The guest will receive the full amount paid back. The guest is not entitled to any additional compensation.
6. Upon entering the guesthouse premises and checking in, the guest must comply with the valid operating rules of the guesthouse, which are posted on the doors of individual apartments.
7. There is a stove on the ground floor of the guesthouse that may only be operated by an authorized person. Guests must not start fires in the stove, add fuel, or manipulate the fire in any way.
8. BY PROVIDING PERSONAL DATA, THE GUEST CONSENTS TO ITS PROCESSING Personal data is processed by the guesthouse, Municipality of Mladé Buky, Foreign Police, and accounting firm. The processing of guests’ personal data is in accordance with Section 101 of Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the stay of foreigners in the Czech Republic, which requires the accommodation provider to maintain a registry book and keep it for 6 years from the last entry; and in accordance with paragraph 1 of this provision, which specifies the scope of personal data recorded in the registry book: name and surname of the accommodated foreigner, day, month and year of birth, citizenship, passport number, beginning and end of accommodation. In the case of spa or recreational stays in spa locations and places of concentrated tourist activity for the purpose of treatment or recreation, or accommodation capacity fee, if collected, according to Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees, the accommodation provider is obliged to maintain a written registry book recording the duration of stay, purpose of stay (purpose and duration are not recorded for accommodation capacity fee), name, surname, permanent residence address or permanent residence abroad, and ID card or passport number of the person provided accommodation. Entries in the registry book must be clear and comprehensible. These entries must be arranged chronologically. The accommodation provider keeps the registry book for 6 years from the last entry.
9. Any complaints about service quality must be reported to the guesthouse management without undue delay.

11. Check-in on arrival day between 16:00 – 18:00. Check-out on departure day between 8:00 – 10:00.
